About Our Vertical Machining Centers & Other Equipment
Our success in the fields of precision CNC machining, prototype machining, and aerospace and government contract work is largely due to our extensive experience and expertise, but it doesn’t hurt that we have a variety of superior machines to work with. The equipment used by Fair Haven Machine, Inc. includes the following:
Doosan DNM 5700
Our Doosan DNM 5700 is a vertical machining center with direct drive spindles and quick-change ATCs to assist us in providing fast and accurate production.
The Samsung SL1500 lathe provides us with high-quality turning and cutting by utilizing a 12-station high-speed servo turret and tool pre-setter.
Our Matsuura vertical machining center sports a 4th axis, allowing for greatly increased precision, accuracy, and speed by removing the need for the repositioning of many parts.
The Fadal is a workhorse machining center with a 21-station automatic tool changer and high-precision spindle.
Hitachi Seiki HT-20
Our Seiki turning center has been with us from the start and holds remarkably tight tolerances. It offers great spindle speed and a 12-position turret.
